I am so proud of you Amanda! No matter what happens, I know that you will be having fun and that you will give it 110%. You are smart and you are an experienced marathoner and I know that you will listen to your body whether you are cranking out 7:30s or 8:30s. You made it Boston and I know that you will be going back. You are so talented, strong, & inspirational to so many of us! Go get em!!!!

Just watched this and I really admire your fighting attitude and spirit. You came to Boston to race and that's what you're doing. You know your body best and what is smart pacing for you. I'm tracking you now. You just crossed the 15K mark. Go Amanda!!

I did not get to watch this until after you were done so I know the outcome. I have to say that I would have done the exact same thing:) I love that you stayed true to who YOU are. Hugs to you, recover well. Love ya!!! I know your strong today :)
Great to see you ran strong despite the heat! And for those of us new to the racing scene (and by that i mean tracking) and disappointed that we weren't home to watch you cross the finish line.
